You have all of the above - awesome! How are you keeping things organized and better still, maximizing the software you’re paying for that’s meant to do just that? You have the right people in the right seats - what tools are in place to support them and to keep them moving in the most efficient direction? Most companies have operating systems and personality assessments and access to a million apps they don’t even know how to use. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a layman explain what’s possible?
