Start with the end in mind - Where do you want to go? Who’s on the team, who’s the captain, who is accountable for what? Assessing talent and who brings the right set of skills to the table is a gangster leadership move - are you always assessing that when you begin? Are there consistent processes in place to support the journey and are you tracking whether those processes drive you to the desired end?
